Scientific Achievements & Selected Publications

She has made significant progresses on paramagnetic nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and electron paramagnetic resonance based on spin probes. Her previous work involves both to important protein systems. The recent achievements include: 1) Development of a series of spin labeling agents and methods for probing the dynamics of biological macromolecules; 2) Development of high-resolution DEER distance measuring methods for monitoring the conformation dynamics and interactions of proteins in the cells; 3) Characterization of the effect of the cellular environment on protein dimer stability and the conformation of its flexible domain via in-cell EPR methods. The results have been published on reputable academic journals including PNAS, Angew Chem, JPCL etc.
