Research Interest:Guo's group is committed to the development of functional DNA based biosensing materials, including responsive DNA hydrogels and microgels, DNA templated fluorescent silver nanoclusters and DNA nanodevices. Based on the development of functional DNA materials and also other functional 2D-nanomaterials, the group intends to further develop new strategies and methods for the separation and detection of different types of important biochemical targets, and to develop disposable test strips, high-performance biosensing devices and microchips, wearable and implantable biosensors, and integrated diagnosis-treatment systems.
