1、 Position and Requirements

（2） Public recruitment of teaching staff positions

1. Basic requirements

(1) Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, simple work style, endure hardships, have a upright academic style, maintain physical and mental health, possess a good professional background and development potential.

(2) Having a high level of proficiency in foreign languages (with a score of 425 or above on the English Test Band 6, or possessing good abilities in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in foreign languages).

(3) Applicants must obtain a degree that matches their highest educational background (4) The application for full-time postdoctoral positions at Nankai University shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Implementation Measures for the Appointment and Management of Assistant Researchers (Postdoctoral) at Nankai University (Nanfazi [2022] No. 124).

2. Job requirements

(1) Teaching and Research (Deputy High) Position

Having a doctoral degree and working full-time in scientific research for 2 years or more after obtaining a doctoral degree, generally under the age of 35 (born after February 1988, with age limits for particularly outstanding individuals), possessing significant academic potential.

(2) Teaching and Research (Intermediate) Position

Under the age of 32 (born after February 1991), with a doctoral degree, graduating with a doctoral degree in 2024 (excluding on-the-job training, orientation, and commissioned personnel) or postdoctoral fellows.

(3) Other professional and technical positions

Master's degree or above, with fresh graduates (excluding on-the-job training, orientation, and commissioning personnel) under the age of 30 (born after February 1993), and professional skills and work experience requirements based on the specific conditions of each position

3. Postdoctoral recruitment positions

（1） Possess good professional ethics and dedication, abide by laws and regulations, and maintain a positive academic atmosphere.

（2） Obtain doctoral degrees and diplomas both domestically and internationally, possess a high academic level, have the ability to undertake national level scientific research projects, and have the potential to become full-time teachers in schools.
